About KROZ-LP
One Gospel. Two Languages. One mission: sharing Jesus Christ and biblical truth.
Our Story
The story of KROZ-LP 105.9 FM — “The Cross” began with a vision several years before the station was founded.
A Christian couple in Hobbs, New Mexico, had a vision to establish a Christian radio station that would serve their community by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching the Word of God.
From the beginning, the vision was for a bilingual Christian radio station, reaching both English- and Spanish-speaking listeners. The original vision included approximately 12 hours of English programming and 12 hours of Spanish programming, allowing the Gospel to reach across language and cultural boundaries.
In 2005, that vision moved forward with the founding of KROZ-LP. Today, “The Cross” continues with the purpose of sharing the Gospel, encouraging believers, teaching biblical truth, and reaching the community through Christian radio.
One Gospel. Two Languages.
Whether in English or Spanish, the message remains the same: Jesus Christ is Lord, and the Gospel is for everyone.
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” — Mark 16:15
